LEADERSHIP TRAINING AT CCM
WHILE YOU LEAD
We approach leadership development in a similar way. The CCM School of leadership provides leadership training by meeting for one Friday morning per month, to provide encouragement, prayer and teaching as you lead in your ministry areas, and this is supplemented by a couple of overnight residentials each year to go a bit deeper.
COURSE CONTENT
Sessions will include practical teaching, groups discussions and the opportunities for Q&A, as well as prayer and ministry times.
The course starts in September 2018 and runs for one year, and will include six Friday morning sessions and two overnight residentials.

November 2nd-3rd 2017 - Developing People (overnight residential)
When we drill down to the heart of leadership, we find that it almost always comes down to the same thing – developing people. Everyone around us is on a journey, and the best leaders are those who are able to help the people around them move forward on that journey, fulfil their potential and thrive in their ministry.
In this 24 hour residential, we hear from two movement leaders about what is involved in developing people, as well as fellowshipping, eating and praying together.
Speakers: Mark Mumford – Mark, along with his wife Nesta, lead Community Church in Derby. He is involved in the East Midlands Christian Fellowship and he heads up the UK apostolic team for Salt and Light Churches.
Andrey Bondarenko – Andrey leads a group of newfrontiers churches in Ukraine and for over twenty years has been actively involved in serving the church in Russia. A few years ago, Andrey started to develop a service to India. His primary focus is to identify and train young leaders, both to strengthen existing churches, and to plant new ones.
