CHANGES TO SUNDAY MEETINGS

Last week we sent a message outlining a proposal for what our CCM services would look like now the easing of lockdown has happened.

We included the following suggestions:

• Mask-Wearing – We will continue to ask everyone to wear masks at all of our services unless exempt. 

• Singing – We will allow and encourage corporate singing, though the congregation will still wear masks for this and the musicians and singers will still be behind perspex screens. 

• Hospitality – Continue to have tea and coffee times outside at the sites where this is possible. 

• Social Distancing – As far as we are able, we will maintain social distancing in the seating in our venues. 

• Booking-In – We will no longer require people to book in in advance of the service. 

• Lateral Flow Tests – We do not require people to take LFTs before attending a service, but we do encourage people to do so.

We have decided that we will proceed in the manner outlined, and our services will take this form from Sunday 25th July.

We will be keeping this under regular review. The first review point will be the middle of August, and after that we will review the measures every fortnight. We realise that things have moved fast throughout the pandemic and we will continue to communicate with you clearly about any future changes that we propose.

We will also no longer be streaming our services, and it is our hope that you will be able to join us in-person for Sunday worship.
