‘YOU WILL BE MY WITNESSES’

(Acts 1:8)

From January 19th to 25th 2026 our week of prayer, fasting, and worship, is centred in on Acts 1:8 — ‘But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.’
 
We will pray together, online, in a prayer room and all sites will be together on Sunday for our CCM Day

We will gather together to pray in Ancoats, and Harpurhey to specifically ask God for a church plant in Ancoats and for him to move across North Manchester. On the Friday we will come together in Fallowfield to pray and worship.

  • Tuesday – Ancoats – 730pm – Trinity Methodist Church, Butler St, Ancoats, Manchester M4 7JE
  • Wednesday – Harpurhey – 7:30pm – Harpurhey Community Church – Carisbrook St, Harpurhey, Manchester M9 5UX
  • Friday – Luther King House – 7:30pm – Brighton Grove, Manchester M14 5JP

PRAY ONLINE

Each morning during prayer week we will have Zoom prayer meetings. These start at 6:30am and last for half an hour.

FASTING

On Monday 19th we are calling a fast for everyone in CCM who would like to. Why not fast from food for 24hours and seek the Lord? You can use the time you would have eaten to pray, or every time you feel a pang of hunger you can use that as nudge to pray!
