The Developing Preachers group is designed to help regular preachers hone their gifts to a very high level.
The group is a small group of preachers, all of whom preach often in their sites, who have been recommended for the group by their site leaders. Over the course of a year the group meets four times, and spends time together discussing sermons that members of the group have recently preached, and giving feedback, suggestions and critique.
In addition, each of the sessions includes a workshop on a particular aspect of the preaching process and provides precision training in some particular skills.
