What You Need to Know

 

The CCM weekend away is now upon us, and there are a few things you need to know/do if you are coming along.

 

Paying the Balance

If you have a balance to pay you can pay through your bank to Christ Church Manchester, Sort Code 40-52-40, A/C No. 00018400 – please mark your payment ‘Weekend Away’.

 

What We Need to Know From You

Please email Claire (admin@ccm.org.uk) if any of the following apply to you:

  • Coach – If you need to travel on the coach please let us know as soon as possible.
  • Special Requirements – If you have particular dietary requirements, or you need an accessible room or if there are any other things which we need to know, please send us an email.
  • Travel Cot – if you need one for your child and don’t have one of your own you can bring we can arrange one for you if you let us know.
  • Bedding – Please bring bedding suitable for single beds (sheet/duvet-cover/pillow-case etc or sleeping bag) or let us know if you need to hire bedding. It costs £8 per bed to hire, you can pay for this in cash on arrival or by paying into the CCM Account and marking the payment ‘bedding’.

 

Cake

If you are able to please bring a cake or sweet treats along for us all to share during the refreshments breaks over the weekend.

 

Kids Work

  • We have Kids Workers coming in to provide for children aged 3-10 during the morning sessions. There will also be some provision for the 6-10 age group in the evening session.
  • There will be a Crèche area with toys for babies and children under 3. Parents will be expected to supervise their infants in this area but it will hopefully be located so that the main session can be heard.
  • There will be a pirate adventure theme, so if children would like to dress up as pirates they are very welcome to.

 

Open Mic

  • On Saturday evening there will be an open mic.
  • You can sing up to two songs. 
  • We would love it if one of them was an original song!

Sunday Services

There will be no regular CCM Sunday services on Sunday March 13th.
